I live at Sylvania Magarpatta City, Pune On 1st May 2020, i purchased 6 month broadband plan from tata sky broadband. As an offer, they had promised static ip. For that i called to the customer care on 18th May 2020. They informed that they will provide ip v6 within 48 hrs. But even after more than 5 days they have not given me the static ip. They have a SLA to provide static IP within 48 hrs. I have made several followup via call to customer care, email to customer care but in vain. Ticket ref No R-870633, C-870619, R-870181, R-862350, R-860954. they close the ticket and open a new one for clean SLA compliance. Was this information helpful? |
