Tata sky call center (Telephone no: [protected]) always forgets to revert package into previous pack after offering additional free pack with existing one base pack for which we, the customers, always suffer for making payment of high rate package.In effect today, i. E., 03/06/16, i have to renew my package further due to deactivation of my account in spite of last renewal on 12.5.2016. The total count of the days from 12/05/16 to 03/06/16 is less than one month. My main complaint is 1) the practice of change into high rate package without written information by E-mail, is to be stopped by Tata sky call center or Call center has to be change by Tata Sky 2) My early payment on 03/06/16 due to deactivation of my Tata Sky account must be compensated.
