I kalyan koneti have a tatasky account (Rmn: [protected] and subscription id: [protected]) and i have one more account on my wife's name ramadevi m (Rmn: [protected] and subscription id: [protected]). On last week of may'17 while log in ur website for online recharge, i find a referral scheme (Refer and get rs.300 cash back) and by following instructions, sent a massage from [protected] number by mentioning the referral number [protected] & name brahmaiah koneti. Both number holders received acknowledgement messages and mr. Brahmaiah ([protected]) received a call with in few minutes from tatasky call center and informed that he will receive one more call for installation address details. Mr. Brahmaiah got one more call from tatasky for confirming installation and said the representative will come with in couple of hours to install tatasky set. After few hours, the representative from tatasky attended the confirmed address and completed the set top box installation. For activation, he asked the mobile number and i am at that place on that time. I asked which number he want, because we already have 2 tatasky ids on [protected], [protected] and we want this new connection to be activated on mr. Brahmaiah number i. E. [protected], which is already registered for activation by referral scheme from rmn : [protected]. He asked 3 above numbers and said "ok sir, ur new connection activated". But i didnt find any top up amount of amount rs. 300 on subscription id: [protected], and when i called tatasky customer care on[protected], ur representative said that, referral scheme not applicable for [protected], because new connection also activated on the same number, i. E. [protected] and also the connection activated from dealer not from tatasky referral scheme, so that referral scheme not applicable. He said tata sky is helpless in this concern.
He also said that concerned installation executive may activated this connection from local dealer to get his/dealer incentive. But in this case who cheated who?
It clearly showing that the installer, local dealer and tatasky combinedly cheated me by not providing proper guidance and hiding ur rules. When i check ur website with rmn: [protected], its showing subscription id:[protected] and in pending status. First month free subscription will be expires on[protected], and to recharge it i paid rs. 20.00 and rs. 492.00 through online. I called several times to ur customer care[protected] but ur call center people response is very bad. They have very poor listening skills and bad customer centricity. So, i felt email is only way to escalate my concern to the hierarchy. Hence, requesting to look into my concern, as not only my entire family also i made many of my frnds been loyal customers to tatasky.
Expecting at least a call from concerned authority, as i called to ur customer care many times but they just not able to listen my concern completely. I fedup with tatasky unprofessional cc team.
