Tata Sky — Tata sky connection on tv

Since last two days there is no connection. 'no signal' is displayed on tv since day before yesterday's storm.
The complaints telephone numbers of tata sky are not reachable and i can not lodge complaints.
I now expect tata sky to take immediate steps to rectify the fault.

Secondly, i am very much disturbed due to tata sky's unilateral decision of increasing the monthly charges again.

Tata sky must consider some relief for senior citizens.

I sincerly expect tata sky to revert.
