Tata Sky — Tata sky connection services stopped before the end of validity period | |
I made recharge of rs 330 on 1st may 2016 whose validity period was for one month. After two days there occured a signal problem due to the weather. Because of that i was unable to view many channels for 10 days. I called the toll free number of tata sky for so many times but nobody answered the call. Therefore on 14th may i searched for tata sky office in bhopal with help of google and got an address and a phone number. I told my complaint to them and within an hour two workers came to my place and fixed the signal problem... But after two days the services of tata sky were stopped within 15 days of recharge date, however the validity was for one month. I called again on that office to give my complaint and they said that visiting charges of rs 200 were cut from my balance. Hence, i want to complain that the visiting charges were cut without any prior notice. Was this information helpful? | |
