Dear sir, We are atleast 10 year old tata sky customers and have been patenting your company in four transfers over period of time Our problem started when we moved to jp wish town sector 128, flat 904/imp3 in dec 2016. First, we were charged exorbitant rates to install the tata sky, which on my complaint directly to your hq in mumbai we came to know that the tata engineer was making money on the side Now since two months, we are not getting services from 0730am to about 730 pm every day Your service team came and changed few parts and the system worked for few days. Since 19 may my wife daily has been making the complaint atleast about five to six times to your complaint desk. They promise that someone will attend to it in 2 hours..in last 7 days only one day one service enginer came and he could not locate the issue. They say they will come after 7 pm but at that time the services automatically come back and their services are not needed. Despite telling the service team for last 7 days to come during day time, and despite their promises, they have not showed up even once. Sad part is that we have paid for full year subscription and we are being shortchanged by your inept service department. One engineer had told the cable maybe too long (As the dish can only be directed from top of 33rd foor and we are on 9th floor) but i don not buy his logic as the people on 4th floor with dishes on 33rd floor are getting services. Is it because they are paying underhand to the demands of your service engineers If you cannot rectify the problem, please let us know the issue and then we would request you to refund our balance subscription for we would like to leave your company services and take up any other dth company offer Yours sincerely Maj gen m s jaswal Was this information helpful? | |||
