Tata Sky — Tata sky installation appointment | |||||
Hi, This is with reference to the scheduled appointment by the concerned agents of Tata Sky dish installation. I had been promised by the concerned for installation by today but unfortunately they didn't turn up and to add to my woes the reason given was all the more surprising!!! Or ridiculous to be precise. Request you to kindly check the call recording from your end so that there is no difference of opinion. This was infact accepted by the customer care executive as well. I'm not here to file a suit or anything but I need this to reach to the concerned authority and remedial measure has to be put in process so that other citizens won't be put to this kind of ordeal My point here is that I m available only on the weekends and that means for the next 5 days I won't have any access to the media. Need to know how you are going to erect this as per your so called TAT time/ standard response time or whatever. I have a huge appreciation and respect for Sir Ratan Tata and as a humble request to everyone who is a part of the Tata family... Please don't dare to spoil the reputation of one of the brightest son that our country had ever seen. Best Regards Was this information helpful? | |||||
