Tata Sky — Tata sky is unable to solve a pblm

I have 2 connection, One in bangalore & 2nd is in Bihar, The problem right now is with Bihar connection. A person from TATA sky visited the house to change the set up box, after completing the work, he asked some money which we din't pay, so he again did something with anger & went off.After his visit TV never worked, we again raised a complaint, a person dint visit & claims TV is not working without visiting the place.TV is still not working & its been 3 days now, the call center guys puts the call on hold for longtime & then the call gets disconnected.we had a good opinion on TATA sky so we have 2 connections.Please solve the issue at the earliest. I have registered for disconnection of both connections. Reference no.for disconnection are IUG8ITY & IUGO9L7
