On 15th june, 2017 i paid rs 8500/ for the annual subscription upto 14 june 2018. Immediately the tata-sky plus services disappeared and a prompt appeared as follows:
"your tata sky+ usage fee is overdue. You will not be able to avail of the following features:rewind live tv, pause live tv, record and playback. Please press help on your remote for payment options"
A technicians come today and re-set the set top box & removed all my recorded programs. Then he said they are unable to resolve the problem is. 36 hours have elapsed since the renewal fee was paid & no resolution is in sight. Call centre executives, supervisor and team lead are of no help.
Meanwhile, family members are very upset that they are unable to watch the desired programs.
