I have made payment to TataSky as a part of yearly recharge due to portal issues make 3 transactions for these transaction no update or massages received so thought that this transaction was failed so I leave idea and decide to recharge later. But after couple of hours I got massages that this transaction happen successfully and amount deducted from my account. Hence I call back to Tata Sky Help desk to get highlighted this issue and get return my excess transaction amount. They raised a request which is mention as below and given promise that it will return to my HSBC credit card account where I did payment in 4 to 5 days. As per there massage my raised Service request was closed but issues not get resolve. I am really not understand on what basis they close Service Request. I ask this to support engineer but he did not have answer on that which really loose my petitions.
I check my account statement but this amount not yet return back, now almost 15+ days happen. I check with my bank and ask them to check, they checked in details but none of request they received. As per them it may or may be canceled ask service provider (Tata SKY) to recheck so I called Tata Sky. As per discussion they are not sure what happen and when it will get resolve issues. They are giving excuse regarding COVID and so on but they are not to do manual or man made task this is online transactions. I am really getting difficulties because my CC transaction charging me unnecessarily heavy interest on this transaction. I need your expert assistance on this issue and get assist to solve this issue.
