Tata Sky — Tata sky refused to service | |||||
I have requested Tata Sky customer care for relocation which involves de-installation and current location and installation at new location. I requested them to perform de-installation on 29/Oct/2016 @ 11AM and the lady on the other side of chat asked me further details such as new location address and confirmation of existing location which I furnished all. After I was told that the request has been taken, I started to receive calls from new location for installation which doesn't make sense at all. I kept on receiving call after call to perform installation which made me wondered what sort of request did they really take. I immediately called upon the customer care (wish I could have done that at the first time) and explained them clearly about the situation and what my actual requirement is. Again, the customer care lady took the details, said she updated my request and that I will get de-installation done on 29/Oct/2016 @ 11AM I stopped receiving calls and I thought that everything is fine. When the day arrived i.e. on 29/Oct/2016, no one from TataSky visited my place even past my given time. I called the customer care @ 11:30AM and when enquired about it, I was told that the request is scheduled on 02/Nov/2016, which surprised me and tried explaining them that the original schedule is 29/Oct/2016 @ 11AM and as usual they said sorry and said within an hour I will get the technician to perform de-installation. I waited for an hour and I haven't received any call nor anyone visited my place. I called the customer care again and this time I was told that it is scheduled for 31/Oct/2016. Why wouldn't one be frustrated if they hear something like that after calling them thrice and explaining everything. I've given them my piece of mind and told them that I need the technician right now as there is packing going on at my home and is scheduled to leave by evening and asked to transfer the call to a superior and spoke to the supervisor. I was promised that I will receive a callback within an hour and my request will be fulfilled. I waited for next hour and called the customer care back and this time I was told the same story that my request is schedule for 31/Oct/2016. I really didn't understand what kind of fools are working as customer care executives in TataSky and why would TataSky employ such senseless and illiterate people. Again, I asked to transfer the call to a supervisor and this dude was so rude that he started arguing with me and telling me all nonsensical stuff and said that my request cannot be completed. He blabbered about a lot of stuff and that person doesn't have any customer empathy nor has sense of fulfilling their duties which they promised to and are getting paid for I have heard lot of negative things about TataSky's customer service but I never thought I would get into one And, most importantly I never received a call nor any technician visited either on 29/Oct/2016 nor on 31/Oct/2016. TataSky's customer service is so pathetic and worst of all. I wouldn't be taking their service again Was this information helpful? | |||||
