Tata Sky — Tata sky second tv not working | |||||
I have multiple TV HD connection. Tata Sky frequently disconnects all channels in the 2nd TV. It is not working even now. Please help immediately for the connection no [protected]. This has happened often earlier and then i have to call up and shout on the helpline, and they after asking lots of questions, resume the service by asking me to send a SMS. I cannot understand when Tata Sky deducts the money for the second TV why non provision of services, frequently, (It has happened to me many times, particularly when second TV is not switched on for 2 or 3 days ). Today, the IVRS made me wait for more than 10 minutes and disconnected when an agent was supposed to come and speak. Please get this problem sorted out immediately.
