Tata Sky — Tata Sky services very very very very poor. | |||||
I am a Tata Sky customer. Subscribed to their Mega pack. I have lodged a complained to them on 7th April, that I am not getting signals for watching TV. Till date 14th April i.e. after one week of continously being in touch with them they have not rectified my problem. I am paying for every single day and its one week and they have not attended to my problem. Their call centre people are not at all bothered. They keep telling me in 2 hrs some one will contact you. But till date not one has come to attend to it. I am disgusted with their services. We are sick of speaking to their call centre. We need a consumer complaint number where we can speak to some high ups. Please ensure that the company provides us with a telephone number of their senior executives who can look into the matter and resolve our problem. After my due date I am seriously wanting to discontinue their services. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
