[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky taking payment without documents | |||
This is to inform i have requested for relocation installation of tata sky of id no. [protected]. This is duel connection was bought from kolkata and relocated at cuttack. The complain is as follows.. 1. Customer care representative said only i need to pay relocation charges of rs.400. Lmb charges no need to pay since it is replacement. 2. Now after installation approx rs. 750 deducted from the balance where as only rs.400 deduction is showing. 3. Also the service engg has taken the existing lmb which is in working condition. My question is that the amount paid by me should reflect in deduction part. If the existing lmb taken then why i should pay for the new one. Why customer care representative said no charges for lmb replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
