I have not used my set top box for around 2 months and today i recharged my account but it is not working. The screen shows that set top box needs to be paired. Error code 14. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and i trust that tata sky is a good company that's why i try to suggest everyone to use tata sky only so please try to help me. Verified Support Jul 08, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, your concern is certainly noted. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.

I am getting pairing error for setup box... It is showing... This card wrong card for this set up box...

Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
