My Tata Sky connection TV was not working on october 15th due to some problem & they were not taking any initiative so i got problem rectified through outside source as per e mail to tata sky office on 15th, 18th&19TH OCTOBER.yOUR SERVICE CENTER charged Rs 170/- without my consent/Techanician work.Kindly refer your servie norms & refund me the amount wrongly charged. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will refund the amount debited.
