[Resolved] Tata Sky — tatasky box is not receiving signals | |||
When ever there is rain or thunder tatasky dth wont receive any signals and black screen in my television.. Tatasky gives a message that it must be raining outside or clouds etc etc.. Other channels are giving good services.. Why tatasky after collecting the subscriptions in advance? This is my 3rd complaint to tatasky this month. When there is some calamity outside customers need to know what is happening around, when television is not working how they could receive the news, whether forecasts, flooding in roads, accidents, etc etc. It is absolutely essential that dth providers should be giving best services. Why such a big and reputable organisation cannot provide a good service. They are spending lot of money on their products to catch innocent customers and not to improve their services. Verified Support Jul 07, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we understand the trouble. During heavy rains, most DTH services face the issue of signal disturbance. This causes a lockup of the signal, due to temporary blockage from the satellite. Please wait a little longer for the rain to reduce/stop. The signals will resume automatically.
