Tata Sky — tatasky paid only half of the nonview days due to upgradation process | |||
Subscriber ID- [protected] From 12 April 2015 to 5th May we were unable to watch TV due to no signal complaint. After numerous complaints to tatasky the problem was solved on 5thMay2015. As all other customers we too had paid for 6 months in advance. Now since it was an upgradation process tatasky should compensate for all the 23 days. They compensated only for 13 days, as if they are giving us discount or alms. That is my money which I had paid in advance and these people should compensate for 10 days more.
