Sir, My Tatasky set top box ID is [protected]. Set top box not receiving signal properly. Only channel 603 is working that too not properly but with disturbances. We are unable to contact as always we receive a message that it is busy. You may identify the problems and rectify them immediately as we are not in a position to any programme from 11/3/2015.
