I am very glad to bring to your notice that TataSky is one of the worst ever money making DTH company that I have come across. They only promise to assure you the best service and update your package as per your requirement but in return all that you get is something nonsensical which you have never subscribed for. It is evident that they only believe in just eating up all your money and don't deliver the promises and rectify the errors that they have made from their end. The customer care is the most unresponsive and consist of very adamant staff. Mr. Rajesh or Rakesh and some more people who I have spoken to time and again are just a bunch of cheats who keep telling you that your problem is getting fixed but don't really do anything about it and instead just increase the misery that you are already suffering with. Because of their negligence and error I as a Customer have been suffering and all my money has gone down the drain all because your customer mare don't really resolve any of the issues and just keep promising to revert back which does not happen. TOTAL DISLIKE DISAPPOINTMENT and ANGER is what I feel for this company and it's service. I hope that you take up the responsibility and rectify this issue and realize that instead of creating an unhappy customer, your company needs to look into your support and service practice and improvise for your own good.
