[Resolved]  Tata Sky — the pairing error of the card ,despite of having proper card with sufficient balance

Dear sir,
It's Utterly dissatisfied service provided by the tata sky despite of having sufficient balance and proper card suddenly we started having this below message stating, " This is the wrong card for this set top box ( pairing error ) For better clarification I will attach the photo .

I request you to please take stringent action against these people .

I want tell that I have already recharge my setup box but still still it is showing it this is wrong card for the setup box. I am using this setup box since 1 years or more but still this problem is irritating me. My card is connected with the primary box. Please I need the solution fast. Please help me as soon as possible
