[Resolved] Tata Sky — They did not provide connection and didnt refund money too | |||
I applied for a corporate connection of Tata sky. I was asked to make an online payment of Rs. 2250 to tata sky. I made the payment promptly. My connection number was FUGZHWK. After two days I got a call from their service engineer who informed me that in my area (wakad (Pune)) they can't provide me with the connection as the local cable operator would not allow them to provide the connection. He told me that my money would get refunded. However, no refund happened. I called their service center again and they cancelled my order. I was again told the money would get refund to my account. However, till date this has not happened. This is not expected from a TATA organization. First of all they didn't provide the service request that was made citing their problems and to add insult to injury they didnt refund the money to my account. I am not sure if I should move to consumer court to get justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
