Tv is showing only one message that"this card is wrong for this set top box (Pairing error) digicard (14) nds (Protected)" please resolve this problem i will be very grateful to you. Thank u.. Please resolve it soon as from three days i have not seen my favorite shows i am very sad! When i i Switch on the tv only this message comes forward i have seen this complaining message s and i feel like that you may resolve the problem thanks Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Jul 09, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, we're here to help. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.

Although HBO (Channel No. 364) was included into my Account Id No. [protected] for my Main Connection (Primary Box Id: 2998), the Tatasky is not telecasting this channel in my TV.
