Tata Sky — Unable of viewing channels after recharged

Hello sir, i had recharged my tata sky set top connection on 23rd september successfully, but unexpectedly there has been running a problem of viewing all the channels infact non of the channels are visualizing on t.v. therefore its a kind request to solve the problem as soon as possible. THANK YOU
