[Resolved]  Tata Sky — unable to relocate in same society

Pathetic service it’s been one week and problem is not resolved. Customer care unit call after every 1 hour and asking for same question which is replied many times. Yesterday i have received app 30calls from tata sky. Plzlook into matter. They kept calling even after asking them not to call.

They are not able to relocate connection within same society.
So i want refund amount of set top box and do not want tata sky service anymore.

Updated by fraud_tata They are in hurry to close the complaint without resolving. If they do not value customer why customer should care?
Please take your box and refund my amount as you said in phone call if issue would resolve today we will refund.

there are other service provider who provides better service in low cost.
Its mental harassment and waste of time.

I have paid the amount of 1299 for Tata sky SD setup box installation .i have paid this amount via Paytm on 14 Feb 2020 ..
