Tata Sky — Unable to view my Tatasky Dhammal Pack

Sir,
I am posted as General Manager, District Industries Centre, Tamenglong, Govt. of Manipur. When I came back home today, I could not see the channel under Dhammal Pack. I came to know that there was a little balance of Rs. 7/- and as such, I recharged Rs. 1000/- as a part payment of annual pack of Rs. 3135/-. The balance amount shall be credited by Monday.
Would you be gracious enough to allow me to watch the Dhammal Pack at the earliest.

Updated by L. Dwijamani Singh The amount so far recharged at 10:35 p.m. of 05/11/2016 was Rs.1000/- at my ID No.[protected] which I recharged using my Debit Card and this was as per message received in my RMN. Another similar message also came at 11:21 p.m. of 05/11/2016 says that Recharge amount is Rs. 1000/- and New Account balance is Rs. 1007/-.
