Tata Sky — Unable to View Tata sky HD Channel Star Vijay

Hi - I am using Tata Sky for several years and I am a very old customer .For the year 2016 I have subscribed for the Annual Pack and I am using Multi TV connection as well. Recently (2 weeks back) I have subscribed for the HD channels and I was able to view all Tamil channels .But for the last 3 days since 28 June 2016 I am unable to view Star Vijay HD and RajTV.When I called Customer Care they have verified and informed me that "It is a technical problem @ my home and Technician Visit is required for which they will be charging Rs 200 ." I have argued with them how you can say it is a technical fault @ home while I am able to view other HD channels.This particular issue we are facing post 28 Jun 2016 .(post which all channel nos have changed by the Tata Sky) .How can Tata sky treat this as a technical fault @ subscriber home and charge Rs 200 .This is ridiculous for every such single channel issue if they charge subscriber huge money will be siphoned from the customer .I am surprise how come such a reputed company like Tata can do this to their prestigious subscriber.

Tata Sky Technician visited my home today .He told me "Your receiver has gone now and I need to pay 400 + for receiver and 200 + for Installation .I have asked them how come a receiver is giving problem for only 1 channel while other channels are working fine .So there is some change happened @ your end is causing the problem.I have read in the internet that Tata sky has recently moved to different satellite and due to which Subscribers are unable to view come channels and Tata sky team is changing receivers due to that .If this is the case why they are transferring those charges to the subscribers .It should be owned by the Company and such charges shouldn't levied to the customer .
I would appreciate if Tata sky management can look into this and take action not to levy any charges for such changes to the subscriber .Otherwise Subscribers will lost the faith on this esteemed company and may move to the other provided .Especially I am 10 Years old subscriber and such silly things happening customers are losing the faith on Tata Sky
