I got the attached message on[protected] from TATA play saying that a paid News channel has been added to my account, which I obviously didn’t add. It was added automatically and amount deducted from my account. The same News SD channel is already Free, why would I add a paid HD one. It affects my payment due date which was 6th Oct and got changed to 5th Oct due to this incorrect addition.
After chasing customer care for a week, I got a call and explained ever but she refused to acknowledge that it wasn’t done by me. She also didn’t share the request Id for this change as obviously it was illegally done.
I need a refund on my account for this activity and my due date to be adjusted accordingly.
Tata sky/play are finding new ways to cheat customers.
