Tata Sky — Unauthorised Plan change ,excess debits,non credit of days while technical problems | |||
Connection inthe name of Sandeep Mehta -[protected] I have a Primary & secondary connection of Tata Sky & was in Plan Dhamal Mix where by the monthly charges should be only Rs 470 per month in my account . 1.I had recharged my account for Rs 800/- in may, 600/-in June, July & August, Tata Sky has changed the plan arbitrarily without our request & kept debiting the account month after month for an Higher amount on asking for an account statement the customer care executive says he is not authorised & shall send a request fr mal of account statement which has not yet been received & also requested for reversal of the excess charged amount, but they have no satisfactory reply for the same . 2.One of the connnections has been deactiavted for the last 4 days saying it has to be recharged, after speaking to the customer care repeatedly today got the connection after sending an SMS RR to designated number, Requested for a credit of these 4 days of non operation of services the Customer care person says he will give the Line to a sr Executive who says shall raise a complaint & the concerned people will revert, no solution for the same Was this information helpful? | |||
