Tata Sky — unethical behaviour and worst service | |||||
Since last july i started getting issues with my signal strength.in the month of august i complained to the customer care tata sky that inspite of clear weather i m not getting signal strenght and needs some action ; so accordingly i requested the service executive to come and do the needful. At first he came without the tools required and returned back Second time he checked some things in the setting, adjusted some thing and went. For two days the signals were ok but from the third day the things went for six again. The signal problem went on coming at least twice or thrice in a week. So i again complained. In his this visit the guy advised us to use an amplifier but corrected the problem temperorily I had again complained to the customer care as i was facing the same problem They changed some wires This issue continued for last 6 months and the level of mental harrasment what i have suffered is too much. They send us the guys who are less experienced and on top of that they demand the full pay from the customer. When ever the account is getting at the month end then the messages start coming as "to enjoy the uninterrupted service please recharge your account" and all. But here the services are already interrupted and none from the company is bothered to give service. Now today when i was about to recharge the account they have debited 624 rs to my account.
