Tata Sky — Unethical Behaviour,Poor Installation, Overcharging, | |||||
On 14th of May we got the Tata Sky connection done at home. Subscriber Id [protected]. The technician who came to install the same charged us an additional amount of Rs 600 for wiring. 1. Sonu, (ph no: [protected]), the technician unnecessarily charged us for the wiring which has already been done in the apartment complex centrally. 2. The wiring was not done properly and we are receiving complaints from the society. 3. Ever since the incident he has stopped taking our calls. 4. We have called Tata Sky complaint cell and lodged this complaint via calls and SMS and have received no resolution We would like 1. Repair 2. Proper installation 3.
