My set up box has power issue for which I raised complaint on 25th Aug. On 26th Aug Tat sky technician came and told that this set up box needs to be replaced. To this I told that what will be the charges for replacement that will be deducted from my account. To this he confirmed with his senior and told me that it will be FREE OF COST, NO CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. I myself confirmed with his senior this. He changed my set up box and went.
Today on 28th Aug, at 8 AM i got a call that Rs 700 has been deducted from my account and at 10 am my Tata Sky was deactivated due to insufficient balance.
I AM RAISING THIS COMPLAINT BECAUSE WHY FALSE COMMITMENT WAS MADE THAT IT IS FREE AT THE TIME OF CHANGING MY SET UP BOX. PLEASE VERIFY MY POINTS, I AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THIS MISCOMMUNICATION.
I WILL CHANGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER IF MY PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED BY TATA SKY AT EARLIEST.
