[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unhappy with the tata sky service | |||||
It's been 3 yrs I m using Tata Sky . After every 2 months signal problem persist & technician visit needs to be scheduled. One visit cost 170 RS. And it's the ongoing problem from the very first month. I am dis- satisfied with the Helpline number too. Waiting time is too long that for a 5 min talk you need to wait for 30 mins. Jan 9, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata sky change the location of the machine and it's been more than 2 yrs I have not faced same issue again. Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
