Tata Sky — Unhappy with your customer-care service provided ( Register no [protected] ) | |||
My name is Sanjay T Hate and i am using your Tatasky Network( DISC) . My TATA SKY register no is [protected] . My problem is that on 28/6/15 i had registered complaint in your customer care regarding non availability of signal. ( complaint no IV6VABG) . Nobody from your side is taking this problem seriously . For past four days we are unable to watch TV . ALL the customer care people / agency are spoiling your brand name because you are giving proper service to common people . I have discussed this problem with my friend who was facing the same problem and after few days he had shifted to another your competitive company's disc-TV. I have also reached to the same view of replacing the TATA SKY. After wasting RS 100 only to speak to your customer care executive and with no result is very surprising . Thank you for not attending my complaint . At least i got a reason for shifting to another network . I will certainly convey to people to not to use TATASKY because they are least bother about the services / complaints of customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
