[Resolved] Tata Sky — Unnecessarily charges are taking | |||||
Recently just six months back tata sky company representative replaced my setup box and charge me 600 INR. Also he did not keep old one with me. After six month out of which almost 1 and half month we were not at home. Now four days back again my setup box was not working so my wife called customer care number and explain them the total situation in a just six month it is not expected to replace set up box again again so they should not charge for this. when the technician came and again my wife explain the situation to him then he made my wife to talk his superior. The person told it will not be deducted from your account it will for no cost. After two days as this set box was with new additional button which was not know to my wife so she again called customer care they sent the person and he just inform about this button for this also tata sky people charging 200 rs. When my wife called customer care nobody is properly responding. Was this information helpful? | |||||
