Tata Sky — Unnecessary charges for techinician due to installation of a faulty dish | |||
TATASKY has installed a double connection dish for my single connection and every month a screw in that dish gets losen for which they charge 170rs from me as technician charge who just comes and tigtens than screw. this has been reported multiple times to the company and have asked for replacement of dish as well but they are not entertainig this and continue to charge unnecessary charge. COuld you please take necessary action and ask for refund of those charges and replace the dish. Was this information helpful? | |||
