Tata Sky — Unnecessary Charges of Replaced Product | |||
My Tata sky no.: [protected] I have given the complaint against unnecessary charges of Rs.300/- for LNB replacement (but as inquired in market product is around Rs. 100 to 150) & the engineer has not given any kind of invoice of new LNB product. When i have talked to customer support they said they dont have any entry of replacement of LNB. Now they have given me Rs. 25 recharge against my complaint. But i dont think this is satisfactory adjustment. Still i have also not got any invoice of that New LNB. Was this information helpful? | |||
