Tata Sky — Untimely deactivation of add on connections | |||||
I have a tata sky connection id [protected]. On june 18th 2015, i had paid rs. 12560/- towards activation of their mega hd annual pack + star world premiere annual pack and 2 add on connections with the annual pack. After the payment i got the call from their customer care and they had confirmed the packages had been activated as requested. Now in the last week they had de activated the add on connections and told me to recharge the account, when they are supposed to provide the service till 17/06/2016. I had lodged the complaint to their customer care and they told me that the add on connections were activated on monthly basis instead of annual basis whereas they have taken the money for annual package and the issue will be resolved immediately or maximum within 3 days and put in rs.120 in the account and activated the connections. They have done nothing and de activated the accounts again today on 06/05/2016. On contacting the customer care they are saying they have closed the complaint raised by me without giving me a reason or a solution to the issue. Please help me solve the issue with them. Thank you.
