Tata Sky — unwanted subscription of active packs | |||
Yesterday one of your tatasky agent called me and was giving the details about active music pack. I repeatedly told him not to activate any of these packs but by evening this pack was activated and it charged me 49 rupees unnecessarily and also changed my monthlyplan from 300 to 349. WHAT THE HELL!! If you guys want to cheat your regular customers in this way then kindly unsubscribe my account and I ll use some other DTH operator. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was trying to reach the customer care to get my connection fixed as I was not having a signal and by the time I finished it has activated the active music. For the past one month I have been trying to get that pack deactivated. The standard reply I get is it can't be deactivated. I tried to deactivate it from myaccount login even that is not possible.
If any of you know how to deactivate the active packs please let me know. I have stopped recharging my account until the problem is resolved.
If it is not going to be resolved I will be shifting to other DTH providers.
