Tata Sky — Update of recharge in my ac - reg

My i'd [protected] and i made rs.305/ online payment through my sbi credit card on 14.07.2016 at 11am and still my ac was not updated and i got sms from sbi that the amount is deducted towards tatasky ac but in the morning my service declaim. i kindly request you to update my ac and restore my service. regarding this i send sms to help line and also inform customer by chat and by oral. pl take immediate action to update my ac. thanking you. s sugavanam
