[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Urgent Payment Alerts showing on screen eternally

I am Tata Sky consumer with Consumer ID No. [protected], this is to lodge serious complaint about annoying urgent payment notice coming on the TV screen every now and then and interrupting TV entertainment. I have topped up my account with Rs. 2000 against monthly consumption of around Rs. 800 PM. Have tried to sort the problem out by calling your customer care contact number, each time the Customer Care Rep says that he has done the required action and now this alert will not show up falsely, But soon after I finish my call the notice again shows up and this has happened for many time. It seems all my efforts gone waste, when customer care representative comes up with an answer that has done everything possible from his end. Now I keep wondering who else can help me on this issue???
