[Resolved] Tata Sky — Very bad service provider and cheating the customer. | |||||
I had recharged for 1 year pack of RS-1400 bugs. I requested for Re-location installation on May 20th 2017, CC people said with in two days I get call from service, no one called me till date. I called almost more than 20 times, then after CC people reply saying local cable issue in this area, we are not providing any service. So they suggested for refund money with in 4 days for that I need to do request for cancelling the TATA SKY Account. So I requested the same day they did cancelled the account very quickly. More than a week over not received any call or money till day. Again I call to CC I asked the refund amount they replying, there is no refund option so we can't refund the money, then I told fine at least activate the 1 year pack which I had before but they not done yet. After I called more times CC everyone telling activate 1 year pack and refund money. Then on wards not suggesting any one this cheating service... My hard earning money this TATA SKY cheated me and done very baaaaaad service to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
