[Resolved] Tata Sky — Very poor services how can discontinue my connection went to the process | |||||
Dear sir/mam, I am using tata sky last 4year, its very good services provider, but i am facing problem since last 10 days call customer care sharing problem, my problem is i m not able to watch my tv set top box show its cloudy, its rainy, so they reply its technical issue our service person will come at home then will check out the problem but i am saying when i m not able to watch my tv since 10-12days so why i will pay for that its tata sky technical issue so you should resolve or if you are not able to resolve pls tell me the process how i discontinue the connection its so irritating for me to manage.
