[Resolved] Tata Sky — we have been using tata sky hd+ - lnb issue - hd issues | |||
We have subscribed for tamil mini hd pack and telugu mini hd pack in which all others are coming except star maa hd, vijay maa hd & etv hd.. However the tatasky has been deducting money even though the above channels are not showing up. After sending the unprofessional service guys, they checked everything and finally told need to change the lnb device to super lnb device. They have told for sure that usually super lnb device costs 800 however because we are the customer of tatasky hd+, we are supposed to get free. When contacted tatasky customer chat.. They never give resolution. Mostly scripted messages.. And they are now asking to pay 800 for super lnb. If we are supposed to have the hd signals for a hd setup box, why was the super lnb not given in the first place? This is just that the customer is unaware initially they are fixing lnb and when we try to raise complaint that we are not able to see some hd channels they are trying to grab an oppurtunity to take money. They have drastically added something called ncf. We are paying all these apart from these they are trying to charge service guys visits for their faults. Finally saying material replacement. This is very unfortunate. This is taking customer for granted. We don't even get a refund for not seeing the subscribed channels they continue to charge for that also. Please take action. I want to know abt charges of channels n want to add but tata sky representative not available on help line no...worst service by tata sky
