[Resolved]  Tata Sky — why charge for your poor service

Address:SECTOR 7, New Delhi, Delhi, 110075

I am a firm believer that only tata group is honest business house in india. Unfortunately your tata sky has frequent break downs. I have been told by your complaint section that we shall be charged for technicians visit. Please note that fault is in your service for which i am being charged. As i stayed for so long with you now as your business model is changing i will also shift to some other service provider.

Sir making information in wrong way to make money by technician that sent by Tata sky and use intellect way to take the receiver and put charges amount 900 so take action as much as possible

We have shifted our residence. Now we are in our own residence.we want to reinstall the tata sky connection. We have 2 television's one at home and other at shop.we want to emerge 2 tata sky connection into one...pls provide fast service

I am getting a blank screen with this message - ''The set top box needs to be paired. Contact the customer care if the problem persists.'' I was on call with the customer care numbers are not working, "says temporarily out of service"
