Tata Sky — Why myTata Sky account is deactive

My tata sky multy tv connection is deactived on dated 13/07/2015. This time our account balance is 178/- but my tv connection is deactive. After that we call tatasky customer care but they are not help me. My Tata sky account no [protected]. i will recharge my tata sky account on dated 11/07/2015 Rs 200/-. this account is validity on dated 04/08/2015.
