Dear sir, Without my permission in my Tata sky I'd no. [protected], have activated smart games package n deducted Rs. 59/-from my a/c. which we never asked. I tried so many times to contract customer care officer but not reached due to computerised systems not connected them. Finally I request u to de-activate smart games package from my said I'd n reverse the deducted amount in my a/c ASAP. Rgds.
