Tata Sky — Worst experience of post purchase service | |||
I have bought a new TataSky HD connection at Rajkot (Gujarat). I have paid more charges than actual charges to connection dealer. Well that is not an issue. After i purchase i had called local dealer, customer care helpline of tata sky, senior executive of tata sky helpline. They have given me time of installation and they have done half of the installation. USB Dongle for Video on demand they didnt give me and they kept on giving me time after time. And after 2 days i have filed a complaint in customer care of tata sky, i was very disappointed with their answers. Every time they make some nonsense excuses and tell me that we will call you in 2 hours. No one calls and no one comes. Local dealer doesnt peak up the phone and talks rudely as if like i am asking for what i dont know. I have purchased tatasky after paying 7000 so its my right to watch. Still after 3 days i am waiting for installation of set top box after paying 7000 rs. I would not suggest TATASKY in RAJKOT at least. Worst service WORST EXPERIENCE.
