Id [protected] recharge ok when we start pop up wait a few moment set up box is getting started after that no signal several times times turn off the setup box and then started but problem not resolved called customer care no [protected] but not able to talk to executive tried thrice location bopal society paradise contact no [protected]/[protected]

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving the no signal issue you are facing.
