Issue 1: my preferred language which is telugu was deactivated without informing me and i lost the services almost half day.
Issue 1 resolution needed: kindly provide me 1 day extension of my activation.
Issue 2: i have been charged monthly 175/- for hd pack activation and when called customer care to deactivate my hd pack, your team informed me that there is an offer available at 99/- for 3 months. When there is an offer why wasn't it communicated to me and why did you charge 76/- extra every month?
Issue 2 resolution needed: provide reversal of extra amount which has been charged to me regarding hd pack when there is a offer available for my account. How does it make sense for us to customer care every month and check for offers???...⇄
Issue 3: there are no notifications or smss sent to my number for any kind of offer (For example hd pack) related or channel drop.
Issue 3 resolution needed: when there is an offer already in place why wasn't it activated? And why did you people charge me extra every month? First place you don't send smss related to offers or channel drop.in the same place, why do you keep sending account deactivation smss every day in all available languages (Telugu, english & hindi). When there is no need for you to send smss related to offers, tata sky doesn't have any right to call or send me smss for deactivation as well. Was this information helpful? |
